How to Survive and Get the Chapters

Registering at JJWXC

It is relatively straightforward to register an account with a supported email address. Go to JJWXC's registration page, and click the “Register by Email” tab.

After completing the captcha verification by moving the slider, click the "Get Verification Code" button to get a verification code sent to the entered email address. Enter the verification code and click “Next Step”.

Binding WeChat and Signing in for the First Time

You will be asked to bind a WeChat account. You can choose to skip it, but it is highly recommended to bind a WeChat account, as in the past certain security verification could only be accomplished with WeChat for international users, and it may still be true for some regions.

Open the WeChat app on your phone, tap the plus icon at the top right corner to scan the QR code, then tap the button at the bottom to give consent for binding.

Once you finish or skip the binding, you will be redirected to the login page. The verification uses WeChat by default, but you can choose to verify by email. Click "Get Verification Code", and you have 60 seconds to retrieve and enter the code.

You will be greeted with a popup for setting a nickname when you sign in successfully for the first time.

Topping Up

After signing in, if you are not already there, you can go to your account page by clicking your nickname or username at the top. From the top of the account page, mouse over “Top Up” and choose “International Card” to buy JJ points with Paypal. The minimum charge is $15 USD.

If you don't see the "International Card" option when you mouse over "Top Up", just click the "Top Up" button itself, and you will be able to select the "International Card" option on the next screen.

You will need to fill out the security question form during this process.

And answer your chosen security questions in the next screen before the top-up can succeed.

Purchasing Chapters

Go to the novel index page, for example, the index page for TGCF, and click on the title of a VIP chapter. This will bring you to the chapter purchase screen. Click “Select All” for all chapters, and you will see a popup dialogue asking you to confirm that you want to select all chapters. Click “OK” to confirm.

Scroll to the bottom, and click “Confirm Order”.

Congratulations! You now own the chapters! 🙌😀

A Different Captcha When Signing In

If you fail to enter the correct password at login a few times in a row, you will need to complete a captcha challenge, which requires that you click the characters in the image in the order specified by the quoted characters below:

DO NOT USE CHROME TRANSLATE FOR THIS! It will translate the characters below the captcha image, and you won't know the correct order to click.

The same captcha might pop up at other places, too, so be careful when you see it.

Binding WeChat Later

If you choose to skip binding a WeChat account during registration, you can bind it later from your account page. After signing in, click your nickname or username at the top, scroll down to the bottom, find the "WeChat ID" line and click "Modify" to add your WeChat ID.

Deleting Your JJWXC Account

If you'd like to delete your JJWXC account, you can go to your account page by clicking your nickname or username at the top, scroll to the very bottom, find the "Account Deletion" line, and click "Apply for Account Deletion".
